"Kick-off" Project Manager for 66 unit condominium "in-fill" project in Scottsdale.
Responsible for obtaining zoning, site and building plan approvals in City of Scottsdale, leader of design team and architectural plan reviewer, as well as supervision of demolition, development contracts (road, sewer & water mains, landscaping), utility service, and building design, value engineering and construction oversight of general contractor.
